A Pancreatite de sulco ou de Groove é uma forma rara de pancreatite segmentar de incidência desconhecida pela literatura. Acomete com maior frequência homens entre a 4º. e 5º. década de vida com história prévia de alcoolismo1. Usualmente a lesão se localiza no sulco pancreato-duodenal, entre a porção cefálica do pâncreas, segunda porção do duodeno e colédoco, por esse motivo deve-se considerar no diagnóstico diferencial o adenocarcinoma de cabeça de pâncreas. Objetivo: relatar um caso raro de pancreatite de sulco e realizar uma revisão bibliográfica sobre este tema.Downloads
