O presente artigo buscou trazer a tona o papel dos professores de graduação de enfermagem no ensino da liderança. Destaca-se que o ensino da liderança fortalece e empodera o aluno no processo de transição discente-profissional. Alunos que tem o privilégio de exercer a liderança durante a graduação tem mais facilidade para exercer essa importante competência enquanto enfermeiro. O professor precisa compreender e entender os conceitos e a história da liderança para que se aproprie do ensino e desenvolvimento da mesma de maneira saudável e eficaz.Downloads
